We have our club meetings there. The place is always nice and clean with plenty of tables and chairs. Spotless bathrooms. On very rainy days, some puddles in the parking lot, especially by the building.

As a 50 year resident and taxpayer on this side of the town,we seem to be forgotten. The community room was a mess, sticky floors, damaged walls, sticky and broken equipment, rodent droppings, litter in the parking lot. Before our event ended a man arrived came into the room looked around got a broom and started sweeping the parking lot. Perhaps the town politicians should visit this side of town. I would be happy to meet with them.

We use this at least twice a year for family parties. It is well kept by the town. Lots of room, kitchen is big and can set up games outside in parking lot or on lawn in front or on side if weather is good. Great if you are worried about rain. Worth the money.
